As the semester comes to an end, we wanted to create a different kind of conversation.
Supporting students abroad can be meaningful, rewarding, and sometimes complex. Throughout the year, coordinators navigate difficult situations, important decisions, and moments that often leave questions behind once the semester slows down.
On June 11th at 4:00 PM (Madrid time), we invite study abroad and international education coordinators to join us for a webinar designed as a space to pause, look back on the semester, share learning, and think together about what we can carry into future semesters.
Rather than focusing only on theory, this session aims to stay close to the real experiences coordinators encounter in their role and explore practical perspectives around student wellbeing and mental health support abroad.
To help us shape the conversation, participants will have the opportunity to complete a short reflection questionnaire during registration. Responses may help inform themes, examples, and discussion points explored during the session.
Our goal is simple: to create a space that feels practical, thoughtful, and useful — one where coordinators can exchange ideas, learn from experience, and leave with insights they can carry into future situations.
